马蒂斯·武特·诺尔

马蒂斯·武特·诺尔是知名荷兰电影策展人与管理者，现任欧洲电影学院首席执行官和主席。从业以来，他曾在欧洲多座最具声望的电影节与电影市场担任领导职务，其中尤为重要的是 2008年至2020年间作为柏林电影节管理团队的成员。

20世纪90年代，诺尔在莱顿大学及罗马的荷兰皇家研究院攻读当代史。2001年转入电影行业之前，他曾担任自由撰稿记者与杂志编辑。

多年来，他持续从事讲学工作，参与各类顾问委员会，出任电影节评委，并乐于推动电影文化在社会中获得更广泛的关注与更蓬勃的活力，尤其关注欧洲电影在欧洲本土及海外的传播。

 

Matthijs Wouter Knol (Netherlands, 1977) is a prominent film curator and executive who serves as the CEO and Director of the European Film Academy. Over his career, he has held leadership roles at several of Europe’s most prestigious film festivals and markets, especially as part of the management team of the Berlinale between 2008-2020.

In the 1990s, Knol studied Contemporary History at Leiden University and the Royal Netherlands Institute in Rome. Before transitioning into cinema in 2001, he worked as a freelance journalist and magazine editor.

Throughout his career, he lectures, is part of advisory committees, serves on juries and loves contributing to a larger visibility and vibrancy of film culture in society, with a focus on European cinema, in and outside of Europe.
