2020 第七届丝绸之路国际电影节

七届丝绸之路国际电影节将于2020年10月11日至16日在世界历史文化名城、丝绸之路起点——陕西?西安盛大举行。本届电影节由国家电影局指导，陕西省人民政府、福建省人民政府主办，西安市人民政府、陕西省电影局承办，西安曲江新区管委会具体运营执行；以“丝路连接世界，电影和合文明”为主题，共设置了欢迎活动、特别推荐影片单元、电影展映、电影论坛、电影市场、交接活动等六大单元主题活动及“电影嘉年华”配套活动，广邀国内外电影界知名人士盛情参与。

The 7th Silk Road International Film Festival (SRIFF) is to be held from October 11 to 16 in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, a city world famous as the starting point of the Silk Road and for its history and culture. This session of the festival is sponsored by the People’s Governments of Shaanxi Province and Fujian Province, and organized by Xi’an Municipal People’s Government and Shaanxi Film Administration, under the guidance of the China Film Administration, with the Management Committee of Qujiang New District, Xi’an, taking responsibility for its day-to-day operation and implementation. Under the theme, "Silk Road Links the World; Film Connects Cultures", the event includes six sections, namely a welcome ceremony, a film recommendation activity, a film panorama, a film forum, a film market and a handover ceremony, as well as a film carnival with supporting activities. Celebrities and famous figures from the Chinese and international film industries are welcome to attend.

丝绸之路国际电影节坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，贯彻落实习近平总书记来陕考察重要讲话重要指示精神，以“一带一路”倡议为核心，传承丝路精神、弘扬丝路文化，搭建电影交流交易国际平台，促进“一带一路”国家之间文化交流互鉴，在严格落实疫情防控举措的条件下，全力打造专业化、国际化的电影盛会，有效推动中国电影的国际传播，提升陕西对外形象和丝绸之路国际电影节的专业品质，以电影之力襄助“人类命运共同体”和内陆改革开放新高地建设。

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, SRIFF is committed to implementing speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Shaanxi. Taking the Belt and Road Initiative at its core, SRIFF strives to transmit the Silk Road spirit, carry forward the Silk Road culture, build an international platform for film exchange and trade, and increase cultural exchange and mutual learning amongst countries along the route. With strict epidemic prevention and control measures in place, great efforts are underway to organize a professional and international festival, capable of effectively promoting Chinese cinema to the world, and enhancing the image of Shaanxi and of SRIFF as a professional event. Through the medium of film, SRIFF aims to facilitate the building of a community of shared future for mankind, and the transformation of Shaanxi into a new focus in the reform and opening up of inland China.
