JAIME E. MANRIQUE
海梅·E·曼里克是黑天鹅电影实验室(BLACK VELVET LABORATORIES)的创始人兼总监,长期从事电影综合管理,业务涵盖媒体传播、活动制作及影片发行。他曾担任65余部哥伦比亚电影及电影节的宣传与发行推广负责人。他是哥伦比亚电影艺术与科学学院(ACACC)的创始成员之一,现任学院传播总监。
他同时是波哥大短片电影节(BOGOSHORTS)的创始人兼负责人、“BOGOSHORTS运动”(#BOGOSHORTSMovement)的概念设计者,以及拉丁美洲短片发行机构“BOGOSHORTS电影代理”(#BOGOSHORTSFilmAgency)的战略策划人。他还创办并担任《银幕哥伦比亚》(PANTALLACOLOMBIA)主编长达20年,并曾为15家以上媒体撰写电影评论与分析。
他曾担任多个国际电影节短片单元的评委及策展人,包括哥伦比亚卡塔赫纳国际电影节、墨西哥纪录片电影节、芬兰坦佩雷电影节等。此外,他曾在哥伦比亚外汇大学、豪尔赫·塔德奥·洛萨诺大学和格兰哥伦比亚理工大学的多个电影项目中任教,并曾在古巴圣安东尼奥·德洛斯巴尼奥斯国际电影电视学校(EICTV)电影制作专业教授“电影发行与营销”。
Founder and director of BLACK VELVET LABORATORIES, an integral film management company, in an activity that goes from communication press, through event production, to distribution. He has been director of communications and launching campaigns of more than 65 Colombian films and film festivals, that include the FICCI - Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival (2011-2019). He is one of the founding members of the Colombian Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences - ACACC and is its current communications director.
Founder and director of the Bogotá Short Film Festival / Festival de cortos de Bogotá - BOGOSHORTS, conceptual designer of the #BOGOSHORTSMovement and strategist of his Latin American short films distribution agency #BOGOSHORTSFilmAgency. Founder and editor of #PANTALLACOLOMBIA for 20 years, a weekly newsletter of the latest Colombian film news, owned by Proimágenes Colombia, entity of which he has been a digital communication advisor in the last two decades.
Film analyst in more than 15 media in the last years. He was partner and member of the management team of Cine Tonalá Bogotá, an alternative exhibitor in the Colombian capital city(2015-2020). He has been jury and/or programmer in the short films section of several film festivals: FICCI (Colombia), DocsMX (Mexico), Tampere Film Festival (Finland), Cusco (Peru), Vision Youth Awards (China), Le Nouveau Cinema du Montreal (Canada), Curta Cinema (Brazil), Durban International Film Festival (South Africa), Interfilm Berlin (Germany), Minikino (indonesia), among others. He has also worked as a teacher in many film programs at the Externado de Colombia, Jorge Tadeo Lozano and Politécnico Grancolombiano universities, and professor of Film Distribution and Marketing at the Production program in the International School of Film and TV - EICTV in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba.
