拉莎·胡斯尼

拉莎 · 胡斯尼是埃及影评人、选片人、制片人与编剧，埃及影评人协会首位女性主席。她自2008年起从事影评工作，2016年她成为首位入选柏林电影节 “Berlinale Talent Press” 项目的埃及与阿拉伯影评人。她还曾在柏林、鹿特丹、卡罗维发利、洛迦诺等国际电影节担任国际影评人协会（FIPRESCI）评审。

作为选片人，她目前是开罗国际电影节核心选片人、翠贝卡电影节副选片人，她还曾在伊斯梅利亚国际纪录片与短片电影节担任短片剧情片选片人。

除影评与选片工作之外，她也活跃于制片领域。她担任制片人的《为兰博先生寻找庇护所》在第81届威尼斯国际电影节完成全球首映，其后在红海国际电影节获得评审团奖。在埃及，该片创下纪录，成为埃及电影史上票房最高的艺术电影。

 

Rasha Hosny is an Egyptian film critic, programmer, producer, and script editor whose work spans film criticism, international festival programming, project development, and independent cinema.

She has worked in film criticism since 2008, with writing published in Egyptian and international outlets. In 2016, she became the first Egyptian and Arab film critic selected for the Berlinale Talent Press programme. She has also served on FIPRESCI juries at major international festivals including Berlinale, Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary, and Locarno.

Hosny was the first female president of the Egyptian Film Critics Association, serving from 2020 to 2022, and later continued her involvement with the association’s board. She was also selected as an international voter for the 80th, 81st, and 82nd Golden Globe Awards.

As a programmer, she is currently a key programmer at the Cairo International Film Festival and an Associate Programmer at the Tribeca Festival. She also spent seven years programming short fiction films for the Ismailia International Film Festival for Documentaries and Shorts.

Her work in project development also includes TorinoFilmLab, where she was selected as a script reader after training as a script editor. She has worked across script evaluation, development, and consulting on Egyptian, Arab, and international projects.

Alongside her work in criticism and programming, she is active as a producer. She produced *Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo*, which had its world premiere at the 81st Venice International Film Festival and later won the Jury Prize at the Red Sea International Film Festival. In Egypt, the film made history as the highest-grossing arthouse release in Egyptian cinema.
