Tao Xinran is an actress, producer, and presenter. The classic hit series "Empresses in the Palace" brought her into the public eye, with her character An Lingrong becoming deeply ingrained in the hearts of viewers. The film "Within" that she produced was nominated for the 36th Golden Rooster Mainland Film Section, the 25th SIFF Gala, the Competition Section of the 38th Fribourg International Film Festival in Switzerland, and the International Competition Section of the 46th Moscow International Film Festival. The film "Sally's Memory" that she produced was nominated for the Competition Section of the 18th FIRST International Film Festival.
