第十三届丝绸之路国际电影节

 

丝绸之路国际电影节是2014年经全国清理和规范庆典研讨会论坛活动工作领导小组批准同意，由国家新闻出版广电总局批准设立，是国家“一带一路”倡议下文化领域交流的重要平台，是实施“丝绸之路影视桥工程”的具体项目，由“一带一路”两个起点省份--陕西省、福建省联合主办，每年一届，西安、福州轮流举办。目前已连续举办十二届。

 

第十三届丝绸之路国际电影节将于2026年9月19日至23日在西安举办，主题为“丝路通天下 光影耀长安”，由陕西省人民政府、福建省人民政府、中央广播电视总台联合主办，陕西省电影局、西安市人民政府承办，西安曲江新区管理委员会负责运营。涵盖开幕式、“金丝路奖”评选、电影展映、主宾国活动、电影对话、丝路童行电影交流活动、西安国际虚拟现实电影交流活动、SRIFF青年创投计划、丝路电影市场、AIGC技术与影视产业交流活动、丝路佳片交流推广活动、电影与城市IP联动活动、丝路电影文化交流暨国际传播活动、西影春光电影人才支持计划、“种下一部电影”系列活动、“电影+”系列主题活动、惠民放映活动、丝路繁星—精品微短剧活动、闭幕式暨颁奖典礼19 项活动。

 

本届电影节将通过一系列形式多样、内容丰富的电影活动，全方位展现“一带一路”沿线国家地区电影创作新成果，搭建影视产业合作对接桥梁，让电影节成为中外电影人的专业盛会，成为广大市民共享光影魅力的文化嘉年华。

 

 

Overview of the 13th Silk Road 
International Film Festival

 

Established in 2014 with the approval of the National Leading Group for the Rationalization and Standardization of Celebratory Events, Seminars, and Forums and the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, the Silk Road International Film Festival (SRIFF) serves as a key platform for cultural exchange under the Belt and Road Initiative. It is also a specific initiative under the Silk Road Film & Television Bridge Project. Jointly hosted by Shaanxi and Fujian—the two provinces marking the starting points of the Belt and Road—the festival is an annual event held alternately in Xi'an and Fuzhou. To date, twelve consecutive editions of the SRIFF have been successfully held.

 

The 13th SRIFF will be held in Xi'an from September 19 to 23, 2026, under the theme "Silk Road for a Connected World, Films in Bright Chang'an." It is jointly hosted by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, the People's Government of Fujian Province, and China Media Group; organized by the Shaanxi Film Administration and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government; and operated by the Xi'an Qujiang New District Administrative Committee. The 13th SRIFF will feature a total of 19 events, including the Opening Ceremony, the Golden Silk Road Awards Selection, Film Panorama, Guest of Honor activities, Film Forum, the "Silk Road Tour with Kids" Film Exchange, the Xi'an International Virtual Reality Film Exchange, the SRIFF Young Creators Program, the Silk Road Film Market, the AIGC Technology and Film & Television Industry Exchange, the Silk Road Film Exchange and Promotion activities, Film-City IP Collaboration activities, Silk Road Film Cultural Exchange and International Dissemination activities, the Xi'an Film Studio Film Light My Fire Talent Support Program, the "Plant a Movie" series of activities, the "Film+" series of activities, public screenings, the "Stars on the Silk Road" Premium Micro-Drama activities, and the Closing Ceremony and Awards Ceremony.

 

Through a diverse and enriching series of film events, the 13th SRIFF will comprehensively showcase the latest cinematic achievements from countries and regions along the Belt and Road. It aims to build bridges for cooperation within the film and television industry, serving as both a premier professional gathering for Chinese and international filmmakers and a cultural carnival where the public can experience the magic of cinema.
