2026，第十三届丝绸之路国际电影节征片开启！
第十三届丝绸之路国际电影节拟于2026年9月在陕西西安举行。
即日起，竞赛单元正式面向全球征片，影片报名截止日期为2026年7月10日24时。报名影片可通过丝绸之路国际电影节官方网站www.xasriff.com进行在线申报。

影片报名须知
报名资格
符合下列标准的影片可报名参评：
(1)时长不少于70分钟的故事片或动画片；
(2)时长不少于60分钟的纪录片；
(3)2025年1月1日后制作完成的影片；
(4)优先选择全球首映及国际首映影片；
(5)所有非汉语普通话对白的影片，需配有英文或中文字幕；
(6)中国地区参评影片须取得公映许可证；
(7)放映介质为DCP。
报名流程
影片报名截止日期为2026年7月10日 24:00，申请人可登录丝绸之路国际电影节官方网站www.xasriff.com进行报名。报名截止后递交的报名将无权参赛，已报名影片不可撤回报名。
请逐项并正确填写表格的信息，如报名信息有错漏由报名者自行承担相关责任。
电影节接受报名影片的样片为移动储存介质（含DVD光盘、U盘、移动硬盘等），或线上观看链接。
样片版本格式需符合以下标准
(1)视频文件限MOV或MP4格式，格式须在1920×1080及以上；
(2)文件大小不超过5GB；
(3)若影片对白为汉语普通话之外的语言，须配有英文或中文字幕；
(4)若需添加屏幕水印，请于右上角标注“SRIFF评审”，此外画面内容不得有任何其他水印标记，以免影响评审预览；
(5)样片递交版本需与实际影片一致，样片与实际影片有出入的影片或将被取消参赛资格。
以线上链接提交的样片文件，加密链接应同时提供密码 ，请确保链接及密码有效时间设置不早于2026年9月23日前失效，且不限制观看次数。
以邮寄方式提交的样片文件，最迟应于2026年7月10日前寄送至电影节，以到达时间邮戳为准。寄至电影节选片使用的样片，其运费及相关费用均由送片方承担。寄出时，请以电子邮件方式通知电影节，并告知邮寄时间、邮寄内容以及运输单号。

Call for Entries for the 13th Silk Road
International Film Festival
The 13th Silk Road International Film Festival is scheduled to be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province in September 2026.
From today, the competition section is officially open for submissions from filmmakers worldwide. The deadline for film submissions is 24:00 on July 10, 2026. Submissions can be made online via the official website of the Silk Road International Film Festival at www.xasriff.com.
Guidelines for film submissions:
I. Eligibility
Films meeting the following criteria are eligible for submission:
(1) Feature films or animation films of not less than 70 minutes;
(2) Documentary films of no less than 60 minutes;
(3) Films produced after January 1, 2025;
(4) Priority will be given to films premiering globally and internationally;
(5) All films with dialogue in languages other than Mandarin must be accompanied by English or Chinese subtitles;
(6) Films from China must obtain approval from the China Film Administration;
(7) The screening format should be in DCP (Digital Cinema Package).
II. Submission process:
The submission deadline is 24:00, July 10, 2026. Applicants may submit their entries via the official Silk Road International Film Festival website at www.xasriff.com. Submissions received after the deadline will not be eligible for the competition. Once submitted, entries cannot be withdrawn.
Please ensure all information is filled out correctly and completely. Any errors or missing information will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Film screeners may be submitted via physical storage media (including DVDs, USB drives, and portable storage devices) or via online viewing links.
III. The screener format must meet the following standards:
(1) Video files are limited to MOV or MP4 format, with a resolution of 1920×1080 or higher;
(2) File size should not exceed 5 GB;
(3) If the dialogue in the film is in a language other than Mandarin, it must be accompanied by English or Chinese subtitles;
(4) If a screen watermark is needed, please label "SRIFF Review" in the top right corner. Additionally, there should be no other watermark marks on the screen to avoid affecting the preview for evaluation.
(5) The submitted screener must match the actual film. Any discrepancy between the two may result in disqualification from the competition.
For screener files submitted through online links, encrypted links should be accompanied by passwords. Please ensure that the link and password remain valid until at least September 23, 2026, and that there are no restrictions on the number of views.
Screener submissions by mail must arrive at the Festival before July 10, 2026, as evidenced by the arrival postmark. All shipping costs and related expenses for screeners submitted for selection purposes shall be borne by the applicant. Upon shipment, please notify the Festival by email with the shipment date, contents, and tracking number.
